A classic live and flip remodel and addition in the heart of Austin combined the home’s original structure with a large master suite addition and outdoor space.

We completely gutted the existing kitchen and single bath and updated with all new materials including custom cabinets, new countertops, new tile work, new fixtures, and new appliances. We added a few larger windows to bring some natural light and vibrancy to the living and dining space. We added a small slab to the back of the house to accommodate a new master bathroom addition with drop-in tub, roomy shower, and custom vanity. New wood floors, new doors, and trim were also installed throughout the home. The rundown carport and cracked driveway were completely removed and a new driveway was installed to access the rear side of the property where a brand new metal roofed carport was built. The open style carport not only allowed for a more private parking area, but also allowed for a nice covered sitting area for the owners to relax when needed. All new siding, paint, and landscaping completed the renovation.
