AN ADVENTUROUS ADDITION

As they say…"a picture's worth a thousand words"; well I did a terrible job getting finished pictures for this one so I'll have to give you the thousand words instead. But really, pictures can't tell you how well a job was managed, how well it was built, or how happy our clients are. We need words for that...and most importantly words straight from our customers.

Here was the feedback we received from our client on this job after completion. "Jacob was responsive, thorough, diligent, and professional at every stage of the project. He communicated well, showed consistently, and always followed through on his word. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and we will certainly consider him for all our future projects. I am extremely satisfied with the results on our renovation/addition."

I've included some progress pictures to help you get an idea of the transformation process on this job, but we also encourage new clients to reach out to our previous customers and let them give you the real story of how their job went.

This major master suite addition for a Balcones Village classic created a sanctuary for its adventurous owner to return home to after frequent traveling. After weeklong dirt bike adventures and van camping, this owner wanted a relaxing master suite to come back home to. We poured a new slab for the master bedroom and closet addition, which allowed us to use a large section of the original bedroom in order to increase the size of the master bathroom. That would accommodate the new dream 6’x10’ shower, a more private toilet room, and an extended 10’ long double vanity. The new master bedroom was situated in order to take advantage of the golf course views out of the back of the house, which we achieved with a custom wall of steel and glass. We matched the existing brick, paint, and roofing shingles for a seamless transition of new and original.
